Glenn S. Doyle is the Founder and a practicing attorney at The Doyle Law Group, P.A., Attorneys at Law. With over 20 years of experience in family law and divorce, Glenn is dedicated to providing outstanding legal representation by aggressively yet professionally challenging the opposition.

In addition to his extensive legal experience, Glenn is certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as a Family Financial Mediator. He has authored several continuing legal education seminars on family law and divorce taught to other attorneys in North Carolina.

A lifelong resident of Wake County, Glenn remains active in his community by serving on local boards and chambers of commerce as well as coaching youth sports.

J. Brian Winslow II joined The Doyle Law Group in 2018. His practice focuses on family law, and he understands how difficult these issues can be. Brian puts his clients first to alleviate stress during the legal process.

Prior to law school, Brian worked in the physical therapy department at Vidant Medical Center, giving him great ability to provide support during difficult times. Before joining The Doyle Law Group, Brian practiced law in rural North Carolina.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell Law School, where he was a member of the Campbell Law Review. He also interned at the NC Court of Appeals, NC Department of Justice, and Everett Gaskins Hancock LLP.

In his free time, Brian enjoys running, hiking, reading, sports, going to the beach, and spending time with family, friends, and his dogs.


Jennifer R. Smith (Attorney)

Jennifer began her legal career in Asheville, working with a NC Family Law Specialist. She returned to Wake County in 2006 to practice family law and become closer to family.

In recognition of her exclusive family law focus, Jennifer became a board-certified specialist in 2009, re-certified in 2015 and 2020.

Originally from Zebulon, NC, Jennifer graduated cum laude from NC State with a BA in Sociology. She then attended NC Central University School of Law, graduating cum laude and serving on the editorial staff of the Law Journal.

Jennifer has taught CLEs and written case summaries for the Family Law Section newsletter. In 2017, she co-authored a book on NC family law for paralegals.

When not practicing law, Jennifer enjoys half marathons, animals, and spending time with her niece and nephew. She is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and Family Law Section of the NC Bar.
